This challenging workshop will help you work on specific photography skills that are almost forgotten in the new digital world of photography 

In this two-day workshop attendees will learn how limitations can benefit their ability to do a pre-visualization and anticipate.

Simulating the analogue camera experience and working with all its limitations from frame counts, to camera speed and visualizing the results.

COURSE OUTLINE:

You will simply have a full day shoot with Marwan Abdel Alim assigning you 2 simple but challenging tasks: taking 36 shots and 24 shots only! Your frames will be counted and you will have to see the photo before taking it. Yes, it is a whole analogue camera experience with your DSLR.

Day One: 
will be a long field trip with briefing and then go for two assignments till late afternoon. 

Day Two:

will be critic session for the results, workflow, and presentation of best work.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Marwan Abd El-Alim:

Marwan Abd El-Alim (b. 1988 - Cairo, Egypt). A self-taught photographer, Marwan obtained a degree in Economics at Helwan University and has been working as a Beauty/Fashion photographer since 2008.
His passion for Fashion started since he was 14 years, and developed over years to be one of the leading Fashion photographers in Egypt.
He's a photography instructor since 2010 with a long record of very successful workshops, courses, seminars, features and talks, with over than 500 satisfied students&participants.
