Northern Lights Workshop - Norway
Abdel Rahman Gabr Koree is one of the few young photography masters in the Egyptian and Arab Scene today. We are very thrilled to announce his seven-day Northern Lights Workshop in the breathtaking Norway.
All you need to do is to bring your gear and your high spirit. The rest is on us! Seven days of photography and nature in the fascinating Norway
Landscape/Northern Lights/ Still life & human elements:
It will be a blend of landscape and commerical photography and shooting as if commissioned by clients. The participant will choose 5 brands that they really like and look up to and accordingly we will try to make a photo session the meets the brands guide lines and demographic. So we will be practicing as if its a paid assignment, dealing with the variable weather conditions and locations.
Timelapse:
Adding to this I will teach how to make amazing day and night time lapses. In this post production we will be using Adobe Light room, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Its always a good thing to learn time lapse, it will add value to your workflow.
Post-prodcution:
This is a good practice which makes the photographer handles any given situation by a client which will increase his level of confidence. After the photo sessions, when we are back at the hotel and having a hot coco, we will be using Adobe light room CC and Adobe Photoshop CC for post production . You will learn how to manage, retouch and process the pictures.

- Day Shooting : Boat trip and whale watching.
- Evening Shoot : Night Photography and Northen lights.
- One on One photo editing and critique.
Day 4
- Day Shooting: Hiking and camping Rekvik ( Easy level hiking )
- Evening Shoot : Night Photography and Northen lights.
- One on One photo editing and critique.
Day 5
- Day Shooting : Dog sledding
- Evening Shoot : Night Photography and Northen lights.
- One on One photo editing and critique.
Day 6
- Day Shooting : Senja hiking and Summaroy bay
- Evening Shoot : Night Photography and Northen lights.
- One on One photo editing and critique.
Day 7
- Day Shooting : Snowshoeing on the Edge of Tromso
- Evening Shoot : Night Photography and Northen lights.
- One on One photo editing and critique.
- Farewell Dinner
